Terms of Service

TRKR is provided for authorized Ion Solar sales operations use. By signing in, you agree to use TRKR only for legitimate sales, coaching, recruiting, and operations work assigned to you.

Authorized Access

Accounts are approved and managed by TRKR administrators. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for signing out on shared devices. Do not share your login or attempt to access accounts, offices, dashboards, calendars, or customer records you are not authorized to view.

Acceptable Use

Use TRKR for business workflows such as pipeline review, customer follow-up, calendar planning, recruiting, coaching, and team leadership. Do not misuse TRKR, interfere with service operation, upload malicious content, or use data from TRKR outside authorized business purposes.

Google Calendar

Google Calendar connection is optional. If you connect it, TRKR may read, create, update, or sync calendar events for the connected user account as part of user-directed workflow features. You can disconnect Google Calendar from TRKR settings or revoke access from your Google Account.

Data Accuracy

TRKR combines CRM notes, user-entered information, and connected services. The dashboard is intended to help teams act faster, but users should verify important customer, payroll, calendar, and operational details before making final decisions.

Changes

TRKR may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the current terms.
