TRKR

Solar sales follow-through

Stop losing deals in the handoff.

TRKR helps authorized solar sales teams stay on top of every signed account from close to install. See what changed, what stalled, who needs follow-up, and what is moving toward pay without living in spreadsheets.

Fewer missed follow-upsKnow which accounts need action before momentum disappears.
Cleaner manager visibilitySee rep progress, stale movement, and office health without chasing reports.
Less Looker chaosBring the operating picture into one focused view instead of another spreadsheet hunt.
More install confidenceTrack signed accounts as they move toward install, PTO, completion, and pay.

The sale is not done when the contract is signed.

Solar teams win or lose value in the messy middle: site surveys, permits, install scheduling, customer hesitation, PTO, and payout timing. TRKR keeps that middle visible.

Catch stalls sooner

TRKR highlights accounts that are stale, at risk, or sitting in the wrong part of the process.

Coach from the same picture

Managers and reps can talk from the same operating view instead of comparing screenshots and stale exports.

Keep money context visible

Expected payout milestones and deal economics stay close to the pipeline without pretending to be payroll.

From close to install, one account can change fast.

TRKR tracks the operating trail: contract signed, site survey, permits, install scheduling, installation, PTO, completion, and payout milestones. When notes, stages, or dates change, the team can see what needs attention.

Built for the people responsible for follow-through.

TRKR gives reps clearer next steps, managers better coaching visibility, and leadership a cleaner view of whether the sales operation is moving or drifting.

For reps

Know what to work, what is at risk, what has moved, and what is still on the way.

For managers

Spot who needs help, which accounts are stuck, and where office momentum is building or slipping.

For leadership

See source freshness, adoption, launch gaps, and operational issues before they become surprises.

Private by default. Built for real operating data.

TRKR is invite-only. Account access is approved by administrators, and each user sees the records and actions allowed for their role. The public site explains the product, privacy policy, terms, and Google Calendar usage. The working dashboard stays protected behind login.

Data access stays narrow.

TRKR is designed around role-scoped access and user-directed integrations. The public site explains what TRKR does; the sales operations workspace stays behind authentication.

Role-scoped access

Users only see the dashboards, records, and actions allowed for their account role.

Optional Google Calendar connection

Calendar access is connected by the individual user and can be disconnected at any time.

Protected dashboard

Operational data, customer workflow details, and authenticated app bundles remain behind login.

How TRKR uses Google Calendar

Google Calendar connection is optional. When a user connects Google Calendar, TRKR uses the requested Calendar Events permission only for that user's scheduling workflows inside TRKR.

Sync changed workflow datesWhen a workflow date changes in TRKR, the connected user can keep the matching Calendar event current.
Disconnect at any timeUsers can disconnect Google Calendar from TRKR settings or revoke access from their Google Account.
OpenID and emailUsed to connect the right Google account to the signed-in TRKR user.
No advertising or sale of dataTRKR does not sell Google user data and does not use Google Calendar data for advertising.
